About the Role: Our mission is to streamline the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes by leveraging the power of Tacton modeling platform, ensuring accurate and efficient product configurations, pricing, and quoting to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for product configuration needs. • Design, build complex product configuration models in Tacton CPQ to meet business and customer requirements. • Configure pricing rules, discount structures, and quote generation processes within the Tacton platform. • Continuously optimize and improve existing configuration models for efficiency and scalability. • Develop solutions that support, enables, and drives front line sales teams within Sales to sell better, faster, reliable, consistently and more efficiently. • Coordination and management of gathering information for implementation projects from various business stakeholders. • Be a crucial part of a cross-functional development team (IT programmer, Tacton modelers, Engineering, Sales, Management, External Consultants) to achieve the set project objectives • Run projects in an agile manner, by gathering information, clarifications and continuously seeking feedback from front line sales, R&D, finance team during solution development. • Test and validate product configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Current on industry best practices and trends related to CPQ and Tacton modeling. • Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams in using Tacton CPQ for quoting and proposal generation.

Requirements:
Master or Bachelor’ degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent working experience with proven skills in fields relevant for mastering the role.
Minimum 5 years working experience with Tacton CPQ platform development in S-E or other companies.
Proven experience working with CPQ systems, with specific expertise in Tacton modeling.
Strong understanding of product configuration principles and best practices.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Tacton platform.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Skilled communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications for Tacton CPQ or similar configuration tools.
Can set up a Tacton configuration model with product knowledge, data, and processes.
Can maintain the modeling part of a Tacton Configurator project on their own.
Expert with CRM systems and integration with CPQ tools.
Expert of ERP systems and their interaction with CPQ solutions.
Deep knowledge of object type hierarchies
Experience of the more advanced and powerful concepts and tools available in TCStudio
Modeling with attributes features and constraints
Tacton Constraint Language (TCL) Expert in implementing sophisticated logic to manage diverse product configurations and pricing scenarios. Can express complex business rules and constraints.
Language : Swedish preferred and English mandatory
5 years experience with Tacton modeling is ideal
Optional: Programming skills in VBA, JavaScript or R is an advantage to implement new features in the cost price visualization in Excel to sales managers. Skills in Jira dashboards, boards design, improvements and maintenance

About the Role: Welcome to the Finance Team of GSO MGT ! As a Commercial Project Manager will be working alongside the GSO MGT Project Management team, reporting to the GSO MGT Head of Commercial Project Management. You will take full responsibility for commercial/finance related matters and support the technical project management in the execution of a defined portfolio of Service Projects within the targets (e.g. costs, time, quality). Ensuring customer satisfaction is also one of the key factors.
Key Responsibilities:
You have the full responsibility for all commercial/finance related matters, including but not limited to handling of Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange and NCM(New collaboration Model) topics.
You manage and optimize targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments).
You prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensure the accuracy of the commercial project data during project execution phase.
You ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines and internal controls.
You ensure the accuracy of project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP, our own project database, OnePM etc.
You initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms.
You ensure the application and the continuously managing of financial guarantees, bonds and project securities.
You support the PM in identifying, minimizing non-conformance costs and establishing an appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessons learned into own project and the organization in general.
You support the PM in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities.
Business trips may be necessary.

Requirements:
Relevant university degree
Professional commercial knowledge and experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, a holistic approach and analytical capabilities
Advanced PC & system skills (SAP and Microsoft applications such as Excel, Teams etc., visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI an advantage)
Demonstration of ownership, curiosity and accountability
Fluent in English
