Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Systemingenjör inom Fire & Gas (F&G) blir du en del av en mångsidig Development & Standard-grupp bestående av erfarna ingenjörer. Tillsammans ansvarar ni för utveckling och standardisering av branddetektering, brandsläckningssystem och gasdetektering inom auxiliaries för nya affärer.
I rollen har du ett övergripande system- och standardansvar för F&G-system, där du arbetar med allt från utveckling av nya tekniska lösningar till förbättring av befintliga produkter. Området är under stark utveckling, bland annat inom detektering av nya bränslen som vätgas (H?), nya leverantörer och nya metoder för brandsläckning.
Arbetet innebär många kontaktytor och nära samarbete med flera funktioner inom organisationen. Du bidrar till att säkerställa att tekniska lösningar är kostnadseffektiva, kvalitetssäkrade och möter marknadens krav.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Ansvara för system- och standardfrågor inom Fire & Gas


Bidra till utveckling av nya tekniska lösningar och förbättring av befintliga produkter


Samarbeta med funktioner som försäljning, orderkonstruktion, verkstad, siteinstallation och service


Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med inköp, leverantörer och andra utvecklingsgrupper


Använda verktyg som Teamcenter och COMOS i det dagliga arbetet


Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en driven och analytisk ingenjör med intresse för teknik, problemlösning och samarbete. Du trivs i en roll där du får ta ansvar, driva frågor framåt och samarbeta med olika funktioner. Du arbetar strukturerat, har ett brett tekniskt perspektiv och motiveras av att bidra till effektiva och kvalitativa lösningar.

Civilingenjörs- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom mekatronik eller motsvarande erfarenhet


Stark problemlösningsförmåga och gärna erfarenhet av projektledning


Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva tekniska frågor framåt


Erfarenhet av teamarbete och att bidra till ett effektivt samarbete


God analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt


Goda kunskaper i engelska är ett krav, svenska är meriterande

En ögonblicksbild av din dag 
På provningskontoret ansvarar vi för all provning av gasturbiner och kringutrustning inför leverans till våra kunder. Vi arbetar med testkörning av gasturbiner, verkstadsprov av kringutrustningen till gasturbinen samt provning av kompletta leveranser. Du kommer att ingå i?gruppen som utför verkstadsprov samt string test.  

 Vi jobbar också i nära samarbete med testriggarna och flexar personal för att täcka varandras behov. Vid låg beläggning så kan även?driftsättningsjobb utomlands planeras in.? 

 

Hur du kommer att påverka 

* Som driftsättningsingenjör medverkar och leder du driftsättningen av gasturbinpackar i vår verkstad och ute hos våra kunder. 

* I ditt ansvar ingår att hålla uppgjord tidplan för maskinen, driva och hålla samman provningsgruppen och utbilda medarbetare. 

* Dokumentation av arbetet i form av checklistor och rapporter. 

 

En av våra tre lediga tjänster kommer att vara för rollen reläskyddprovning.  

 

Vad du medför 
* Du är ingenjör med inriktning drift, energi, elkraft, maskin eller styr- och reglerteknik och har ett par års erfarenhet av arbetsledning. 

* Du har praktisk erfarenhet från driftsättning eller underhåll av större maskiner, företrädesvis turbiner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Siemens Energy söker nu en ingenjör inom värmeöverföring för högtemperaturapplikationer för att behålla och utveckla företagets position som världsledande leverantör av gasturbiner. Du kommer att ingå i ett team med 18 personer, 3 kollegor i Indien och 9 konsulter. Teamet är uppdelat i tre – aerodynamics, heat transfer och secondary air. De har även två programmerare i teamet som utvecklar och underhåller beräkningsverktyg.
Som en del i teamet får du möjlighet att vara en del av en spännande vardag. Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och tekniskt utmanande. Gruppen arbetar bland mycket annat med metodutveckling, utveckling av nya och befintliga produkter, provning av komponenter, felutredningar, support till verkstad, inköp och försäljning.
Hur du kommer att påverka:
Beräkningar och analyser av komponenttemperaturer i gasturbiners turbin. Modellering och beräkningar görs både med intern och kommersiell CFD-mjukvara
Ge support gällande frågor inom värmeöverföring och flödesteknik

Dina arbetsuppgifter Vi söker två projektledare till Siemens Energy som i ett sent skede av ett projekt behövs för att knyta ihop säcken och färdigställa leveransen. I takt med att Siemens Energys affärsenhet genomgår förändringar, har vi identifierat ett behov av att förstärka vårt team med externa experter som kan bidra med sin kompetens och erfarenhet. Vi letar efter individer med teknisk bakgrund inom el och styr respektive mekanik och process, som kan driva konstruktionsarbete både internt och externt. Som Local Master Trainer inom PLM-domänen kommer du att ansvara för att utveckla och skapa utbildningsmaterial för både klassrums- och onlineutbildningar, driva utbildningsstrategier och metoder inom Medium Gas Turbine-organisationen, koordinera och planera utbildningssessioner och genomföra utbildning.
Beroende på din profil och tidigare erfarenhet kan det även bli så att du får ansvar för att driva strategi och metodik relaterade till användartestning av PLM-system, och då säkerställa skapandet av testfall, UAT-sessioner med upp till 20 testare 3-6 gånger per år. Du kommer då även att utföra testfallsledning och koordinera testaktiviteter.

Om rollen
Som R&D-projektledare inom Service får du en nyckelroll i att leda utvecklingsprojekt för vår befintliga gasturbinflotta. Du driver projekt genom hela utvecklingsprocessen – från initiering till leverans – och hanterar flera projekt av olika omfattning samtidigt.
I den tidiga fasen säkerställer du en stark projektstart genom att definiera mål, skapa en tydlig plan och strukturera arbetet i hanterbara leveranser. Under genomförandet leder du teammöten, styr projektets framdrift och inspirerar teamet att hitta innovativa lösningar på tekniska utmaningar.

Ingen dag är den andra lik i denna dynamiska roll! Du arbetar enligt produktutvecklingsprocessen med agila metoder och samarbetar i en kreativ och mångkulturell miljö.

Dina ansvarsområden:
•Driva R&D-projekt från start till leverans och uppföljning.
•Säkerställa att projekt levereras i tid, inom budget och med hög kvalitet.
•Leda och koordinera projektteam på 3–10 personer.

Vi söker dig med:

Om rollen Vi söker nu en Service Application Engineer till vårt team inom SGT 800 Maintenance Engineering. Rollen innebär att du blir en teknisk expert och nyckelperson i vårt arbete med förebyggande underhåll av våra produkter. Förbereda tekniska underlag för planerade inspektioner för våra kunder med Long Term Program (LTP)-kontrakt.

Din profil
Erfarenhet av driftsättning eller installation av SGT 800 eller annan relevant teknisk bakgrund inom gasturbiner.

Your day as an engineer within the team working with design of lube oil and auxiliary systems is very focus around the technical challenges to meet our customers’ expectations. Our daily work is based on team cooperation both as a part of a project team working with the customer solution and with the technical teams that hold the competence regarding lube & and auxiliary system.

In the project work you would be responsible for the design solution of the lube oil and auxiliary systems, this will entail to make sure that the project lead has all relevant information for the dialog with our customer, that all information needed about the design is communicated to other engineers within the team and that our suppliers have the information they need to produce units to our specification.

In the work within the technical team, you are responsible to share and collect information from your colleagues in order engineering but also with the engineers working with development and standard. This technical team is also responsible to support assembly and site if questions or errors occur and to continuously work with improvement of our product.

Vi arbetar med projektkvalitetsledning, inspektionsaktiviteter samt projektarbete och inspektionskoordinering med klassificeringssällskap.
I denna roll kommer du att tilldelas det relevanta projektet som stödjer projektledaren i effektiv planering, genomförande och kontroll av de projekt-specifika åtgärder som vidtas för kvalitetskontroll. Fokus kommer att ligga på att säkerställa att alla kvalitetsrelaterade krav återspeglas tillräckligt i förslagen inklusive övervakning av deras genomförande under hela projektfasen. Ett ytterligare mål är systematisk analys av avvikelser under hela projektets livscykel och implementering av lärdomar från tidigare erfarenheter (styrkor och förbättringspotential) som kan vara till nytta för framtida projekt. Koordinering och övervakning av kvalitetsäkrings- och kvalitetskontrollaktiviteter inom tillverkningsområdet. Fastställande av produkt- och processrelaterade kvalitetskrav specificerade i kundkontrakt och andra bestämmelser. Upprättande av kvalitetskontrollplanen inklusive kundgränssnitt. Planering och säkerställande av kvalitetsrapportering i projektet, t.ex. NCC-rapporter. Planering och säkerställande av kvaliteten på projektspecifika leveranser, interna/externa. Säkerställa att erfarenhet återförs (lessons learned) genom (t.ex.) projektbedömningar, granskningar, revisioner, projektstatusmöten, etc. Säkerställa reflektion av kvalitetskrav i förslag/anbud. Övervakning av kvalitetsäkrings- och kvalitetskontrollaktiviteter på verkstadsgolvet.

Din profil
- Examen inom teknik (mekanisk/el-teknik/kraftteknik/processteknik eller liknande) inklusive arbetslivserfarenhet inom respektive område
- Tidigare erfarenhet inom kvalitetsorganisation
- Flytande engelska i tal och skrift är ett måste, kunskaper i svenska språket är en betydande fördel
- Erfarenhet eller utbildning relaterad till design/specifikation/drift av roterande maskiner är en fördel
- Positiv, robust, tolerant och samarbetsvillig personlighet

Master Thesis: Internal Heat Transfer Predictions using CFD

A Snapshot of Your Day

To meet the required lifetime of components in the turbine hot gas path, different cooling techniques must be used to decrease their metal temperature. Internal cooling channels running through blades and vanes are equipped with additional cooling features that work by increasing both the turbulence and the heat transfer area locally. To create an optimal cooling design, the local heat transfer coefficient (hereby noted as HTC), temperature and pressure distributions must be predicted correctly.

Today we mostly use empiric correlations to predict the heat transfer from different cooling geometries, such as ribbed channels, pin-fin banks, matrices, etc. While these give us good predictions in general, they don’t account for more complex geometries used in today’s turbine components. To be able to predict the distribution of the HTC more accurately we plan on using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in the future.

You will investigate how to use CFD in the best way, understand and show the limitations of turbulence modelling and help us to better predict HTC in the future.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

* Understand the flow physics, boundary layer development and heat transfer of different cooling geometries.
* Research existing methods/requirements for calculating HTC on internal cooling features using CFD.
* Propose suitable turbulence models, mesh requirements and solver settings.
* Carry out CFD studies using Star-CCM+ and compare the results to correlations and experimental results.
* Propose a validated way of working for future calculations at Siemens Energy.

 

What You Bring 
* Student at MSc level with focus in mechanical engineering and flow physics.
* Good knowledge about fluid dynamics, heat transfer, boundary layer theory and CFD.
* You work structured and can communicate well.
* Can find own ways and solutions to challenges and problems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gas Turbine Engineer in Secondary Air Systems to join our dynamic team. As part of the turbine aero and heat transfer group, you get the opportunity to be a part of an exciting everyday life. The tasks are varied and technically challenging. We work, among many other things, with method development, development of new and existing products, testing of components, fault investigations, support for workshop, purchasing and sales.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Perform detailed design and analysis of secondary air systems for gas turbines and whole engine models, manly using in-house tools.
* Participate in and contribute to development projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a successful design.
* Develop and optimize innovative solutions for secondary air system components, considering performance, reliability, and cost targets.
* Support sales and service.
* Participate in planning and evaluation of gas turbine- and lab tests.
* Participate in development projects, participate, and lead fault reports and cause investigations.
* Programming, maintenance, and development of in-house calculations tools.

What You Bring
* Relevant university education with or without doctoral studies in the fields.
* Good knowledge within and great interest in fluid mechanics and heat transfer in general, preferably with a focus on theory and analytical solutions.
* Basic understanding of gas turbine components and operations, including key design criteria in context to Secondary air system & Whole engine models (preferred, but not required).
* A desire to actively increase your skills in these areas and willingness to learn from others.
* Good skills in problem solving and a structured way of working.
* Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Vibration Engineer

As a vibration engineer you will be part of our legacy in ensuring reliable energy generation by supporting ongoing operations and testing of rotating machinery. You will contribute to design augmentation and making our equipment more robust and efficient!

In your role, you will measure, analyze, and verify vibration behavior. You provide support during engine start up, either at a test bed or on site and will receive assistance from our remote monitoring digital twin systems and commissioning engineers on site.

* Participate in investigating and resolving engineering and technical discrepancies arising from deviating vibration behavior.
* Have the authority to preside, supervise, and approve the Start-Up of Gas and Steam turbines and offer expertise for our prototype machines and customer units.

* Participate in product improvement workshops by providing feedback to R&D teams that would enable future improvements of our products.
* Conduct hands-on execution of engine preparation activities adhering to technical specifications stated for performing a particular test scheme.

 

What You Bring
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Thermal, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or similar) OR relevant work experience in operating and maintaining heavy machinery.
* Availability to travel to site as required on short notice. Demonstrated experience of working with electrical distribution systems, control system set up and relevant vital measurement chains from transducer to measurement systems. A familiarity with fluid, mechanical and electrical drawings, and schemes.
* Broad knowledge or interest in rotating/heavy machinery system design, construction, and operation. Awareness or experience in carrying out pre-commissioning and installation activities.
* Curiosity about new technologies and engineering challenges and the willingness to learn and use newly attained knowledge. You show dedication and a problem-solving approach to achieve successful plant start-up by maintaining good interpersonal and self-management skills.
* Good communication skills in English.

* Conceptualize Major Events’ repair alternatives with support from Engineering

Gas turbine can operate on many different fuels, but where in Europe will fossil-free fuels be available for power generation the coming decade? Help us to better understand the sustainable energy transition by investigating the availability of gas turbine fuels in Europe.

The transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy is happening in this very moment, and it needs to accelerate if we shall have a chance to limit global warming. At the same time, Europe is facing great challenges when availability of natural gas is scarce due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Our customers who own and operates gas turbines to produce heat and power are highly impacted by the changes in the energy landscape, short-term and longer term. We anticipate that the fuels the gas turbines will operate on will change from natural gas to fossil free alternatives step by step the coming years and the goal it to reach a Net Zero energy system.

You will get to meet experts in our global team, talk to our customers and learn lots about the energy landscape in Europe.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact.  

You are asked to perform a market analysis for gas turbines in Europe the coming 5-10 years. How is the availability of fuels for power generation? What kind of fuels will be available in different regions? In which scenarios are operation of gas turbine running on green fuels competitive? * Availability and price of gases (fossil and renewable) in different regions in Europe

About the Team

The gas fuel team you will join consist of 8-10 engineers, both employees and partners. This team is part of a group consisting of 18-20 engineers working with gas and liquid fuel as well as fire and gas detection. The team helps and support each other when needed, support both the team and interfaces in the organization and doing that with an open & trusting mindset.

You will also join the larger team that include all of us at engineering of MGT because we work in close cooperation with our colleagues that focus on installation, electrical and control. Together we execute the projects with focus on achieving the best possible solution for customer and company. 

Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply. Currently, we're reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.

Master Thesis: Microstructural influence on the crack growth behavior of a nickel base superalloy

A Snapshot of Your Day

The severe operating conditions encountered in a gas turbine require high performance materials with the ability to withstand high mechanical loading in combination with high temperatures. The start/stop cycle of the gas turbine gives rise to a cyclic variation of both temperature and load, which may cause crack initiation and propagation due to thermomechanical fatigue (TMF). Knowledge of the TMF crack growth behavior is of vital importance for the fatigue life prediction of gas turbine components.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact
The aim of this master thesis is to characterize the TMF crack growth behavior of a cast nickel base superalloy and investigate how this is influenced by the microstructure. Precision cast gas turbine components typically have complex geometries with large variation in grain size within the casting and therefore the grain size influence is of particular importance. Crack growth testing has been performed in advance of the thesis work on specimens with different grain sizes. Additional crack growth testing will be a part of the thesis work. Microstructural and fractographic investigation of the tested specimens will constitute a major part of the thesis work. Test data analysis and a literature survey will also be required to evaluate the correlation between microstructure and crack growth resistance.

 

What You Bring   
* Ongoing Master of Science in a relevant field, and you are interested in working both theoretically and practically.
* It is an advantage if you have practical experience with mechanical testing and/or microscopy.

Master thesis: Effects of the PBF-LB manufacturing process on ultrasonic signal response from internal defects.

A Snapshot of Your Day

The use of additive manufacturing (AM) is increasing rapidly, both in terms of raw number of manufactured components, but also in the domain in which it is applied. This ongoing development in manufacturing techniques makes new product designs possible, but it also introduces more uncertainties about structural integrity as there is inherently less knowledge about the processes.

Non-destructive Evaluation (NDE) is a discipline which enables post-manufacturing and in-service inspection of components without damaging or otherwise negatively influence the usefulness of it. NDE gives information about the component which enables design of components without unnecessary redundant structural mass by ensuring there are no internal flaws exceeding a critical size which would otherwise cause failure of the component. Ultrasonic testing is a well-established NDE method to evaluate internal and surface-breaking defects. The method relies on the reflection and refraction of sound waves when transitioning between materials of differing acoustic impedance, e.g., at the location of a flaw such as a crack or inclusion. Information contained in the acquired signals can be used to deduce information about flaw size and location.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

This thesis aims to increase the understanding about the specific macro material characteristics (surface structure, internal cavity properties) related to the Powder Bed Fusion – Laser Beam (PBF-LB) process and the effects that these have on the signal response from virtual flaws as well as classes of CAD-seeded defects.
* Investigate the effect of un-melted or partially melted powder on the ultrasonic testing signal response from internal flaws.
* Investigate the effect of external surface structure (from the unprocessed PBF-LB part) on the ultrasonic testing signal response from standardized artificial flaws.
* Investigate the viability of using artificial flaws manufactured using the PBF-LB method as reference reflectors (i.e., the variance of signal response from equivalent reflectors).
* Investigate the validity of existing sizing methods of indications for the specific process and material.

Working at the research environment PTC (Produktionstekniskt Centrum) the student will make use of equipment for non-destructive testing, i.e., a TOPAZ64 phased array ultrasonic system, as well as have indirect access to perform test with XCT (X-ray Computed Tomography). Manufacturing of custom test samples will be done in collaboration with Siemens Energy. Parts of the work will be performed at the materials technology department at Siemens Energy in Finspång with use of equipment available at the lab and in the workshop.

Master thesis: Metal energy storage

A Snapshot of Your Day

The scope for this master thesis is to explore the potential for storing energy in metal. Energy is released when metals oxidize in water, hydrogen is formed, and heat is released. This hydrogen can be used as fuel in a heat engine producing electric power. The process can be reversed in an electrolysis process, where metal oxide is converted back to metal. One key aspect is that the energy can be stored at high power density for long time periods without losses.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The task is to do a desktop study on comparing different metals for the purpose to store energy for power production in a stationary thermal power plant. You will explore the published literature and set up calculation models of the processes.

Master thesis: Three experimental projects on heat transfer at the R&D Fluid Dynamics Lab

You will be part of the Fluid Dynamic Lab team as Master Student. We are offering three positions that will experimentally investigate the effect of additively manufactured (AM) induced roughness on the heat transfer and pressure loss. In the fluid dynamics lab, two methods have been developed and verified that are suitable for these studies -the quasi-Steady State Heat Transfer method (qSSHT) and the Surface Roughness Heat Transfer method (SRHT).

Two of the positions will be applying the qSSHT method in different perspectives.

The third positions will be using the existing SRHT-rig where enlarged AM-induced surface roughness is investigated in regards of Nusselt number distributions.

Your profile should show courses on gas fluid dynamics, dimensional similarity, numerical methods, and Matlab/Python. Good skills in English language are required both in speech and writing.

Your responsibilities

The master thesis project is well structured and you will have a well experienced and competent supervisor. The project plan usually follows the path where you will be responsible for:
* Literature review
* Test rig preparation for testing
* Perform testing
* Analysis of test results
* Apply changes on the test rig, test procedure or analysis to improve the results
* Final report/presentation writing

Your opportunities for personal growth:

During the thesis you will acquire improved skills in dimensional analysis, data acquisition and mass flow/pressure/temperature measurements. Basic knowledge in additive manufacturing will be obtained. An assigned experienced supervisor will support you during the whole period. The goal of each of our Diploma Thesis’ is to create a work result that it might be worth publication and some examples of previous student projects from the lab can be found in the Journal of Turbomachinery and/or at ASME Turbo Expo (TURBO-14-1171, GT2014-25619, GT2015-42475, GT2017-64143, GT2018-75019).

Your responsibilities
* Prepare competitive technical offers for heat pump plants or additional scope for our gas turbine projects (such as e.g. heat recovery steam generators, steam turbines, heat exchangers etc.).
* Independently lead technical bid efforts, alternatively for larger scopes - coordinate and lead a technical bid team consisting of different disciplines within the company and from external partners
* Review customer specifications and prepare project specific exceptions and clarifications. Define the scope of supply, source and aggregate projects cost estimates.
* Lead technical clarification meetings with our customers, technical product presentations and contribute with technical expertise in commercial customer negotiations.
* The work is conducted in close collaboration with Siemens Energy's local and global sales community and technical expert colleagues within the company.
* The position includes international business trips which frequency and duration may vary depending on the actual sales situation and to certain degree on personal preferences.

Your responsibilities
* Lead a team of technical engineers and experts to identify the root cause of major engineering problems in accordance with the PIP process. Deviations from the agreed timetable and budget shall be communicated to stakeholders at an early stage.
* Responsible for communicating the investigation status to internal and external customers and following the decided review process.
* Responsibility for final documentation of RCA and that new identified or unresolved issues that need further action are handed over to the responsible function.

 

The mission of the RCA lead role is to lead investigations of complex technical issues to identify the underlying root cause of a problem and to see what can be done to prevent a similar event from occurring in the future, or to reduce the consequences if it does.

To understand the real cause of the problem, it is crucial to develop a solution to solve the real problem and not just a cure for the symptoms. Performing high-quality RCAs, within the agreed timetable and to communicate status and results is of big importance to achieve good technical responsiveness to our customers and effective resolution of product problems to ensure high product KPIs and low deviation costs

Your responsibilities

Project Manager Warranty is working at ICW (installation, commissioning & Warranty) which is a part of the PM organization.
* Project Manager Warranty start their responsibility at PAC (PM650) and lead and coordinate the Warranty project team in accordance with contractual agreements and satisfaction of the Customer.
* You are responsible for handling warranty claims from PAC and can be responsible for the overhaul project or responsible for the warranty obligation in the contract. That depend on the projects itself.
* The Warranty PM responsibility ends when the project is handed over to responsible at service organization.

PROJECT LEAD ENGINEERING LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile * Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering subject area or related field * We believe you have experience of leading electrical, controls or mechanical engineering related to gas turbines or other rotating equipment. * You have the ability to read and interpret customer contracts with deep technical perspective and experience with engineering for Oil & Gas customer segment. * You know some of the relevant industry standards and these customers practices. * As a person, you are goal-oriented, structured and takes responsibility. * You have experience of working in teams and want to be involved in a developing process organization that has a direct impact on the supply chain to the customer. Your responsibilities * As a PLE you are responsible for deeper technical competence around our products, working methods and routines representing your assigned project(s) in front of our customer. The work includes managing and coordinating the technical team working with the gas turbine and its auxiliary systems on your project. * Together with the project team, you define the scope of delivery based on the contract, you monitor the work with the aim of reducing risk exposure and creating opportunities for additional sales. * In addition to this, you coordinate technology-related work between different manufacturing units for different parts of the delivery, e.g. gas turbine and compressor. * To succeed as a PLE, you shall effectively work to develop a positive project team spirit around common goals and achievements. Caring to avoid any "silo-keeper" attitude of any kind, you are communicating in a very clear, open and proactive way, encouraging others to do the same. The team of Project Lead Engineering (PLE) is part of an organization that is responsible for delivering gas turbines to our customers located all over the world. This team is well composed of 8 people who work with leading technical project teams in electrical and controls engineering as well as mechanical engineering, for what we identify as our more complex order projects. An increasing part of our order project portfolio is to supply function-critical new equipment to Oil & Gas market, mainly gas compression and power generation units in highly variable configurations. The complexity is often driven by high amount of engineering to order from customer specifications requirements or first-time application. The PLE is responsible for bundling the project team efforts such to fulfill on time all technical obligations committed by the Company, including those sub-contracted to external suppliers. Your contributions are therefore highly exposed and essential in terms of Client satisfaction, quality and project productivity.
