As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our engaging team. The people are placed in Sweden. You will have a vital role in managing and developing new and current customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and goals to deliver tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead and coordinate RFQ processes and negotiations

For our Medium Gas Turbines Service Business in Finspång, a part of Siemens Energy Gas Services Distributed Gas Service Operations, we are looking for a person with responsibility for the commercial aspects of project acquisition, bid preparation and contract negotiation phase for our service products worldwide. Working within the Bid Management Team, the overall objective is optimizing the financial outcome of projects and assuring the maximum standards of the offers dealing with all partners involved.

In this role you will work closely together with your technical sales manager as well as the team in Finspång and the regional entities. The way forward will be to continue our exiting growth story and contribute to our profitable growth. You will report to Head of Bid Management and be part of a team with a broad area of experience and responsibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Actively co-create in the sales project together with the Technical Sales Manager.
* Be responsible for all financial and commercial activities in budgetary and firm offers
* Defining the appropriate business model considering internal and external regulations and bid strategy.
* Liaison with regional entities and other internal functions, including Legal, Financial Services, Insurance, Taxes,
* Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial areas of a contract including currency / hedging risks, financial security instruments, terms of payment, tax, insurances etc.
* Complete and timely elaboration of all necessary financial/commercial documents for the sale and bidding process
* Complete clarification and negotiation of commercial with customers in coordination with the relevant departments
* Provide finance guidance to the development and strategies of our products.
* Actively participate in the pricing process by collaborating with Technical Sales

What You Bring
* University degree in business administration, finance, law or other comparable field.
* Knowledge in contract law and experience in contractual negotiation.
* Experience from sales, project management, finance, supply chain or a central function is a plus.
* Know-how of the applications, law of contracts, foreign trade and customs regulations, general logistics etc.
* As a person you are structured, analytical, driving teammate with the ability to in parallel handle multiple and complex tasks.
* Knowledge in calculation methods and finance models.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* You are fluent in English, orally and in writing.
* Flexibility and willingness for international travel.
* Growth mindset, focus on solutions and willingness to work in a very dynamic international environment.
* Experience in MS Excel.

Since one of our team members has taken on other challenges outside Siemens, we are seeking a highly skilled candidate for an opportunity as a part of our Commercial Department within the Steam turbine services organization based in Finspång. Your role would be to function as a Commercial Sales Project Manager, with responsibility for commercial aspects during mainly the acquisition and negotiation phase of PS DO IST projects worldwide, but also to some extent during the execution phase.

The overall objective of the Commercial Sales Project Manager is to ensure high commercial and financial quality and accuracy of our projects, by acting as the trusted partner in all commercial and financial matters. 

The challenge
* Actively participate in the acquisition projects within PS DO IST FSP by collaborating with the Technical Sales Managers and all other involved team members.
* Manage the projects from a commercial point of view throughout the entire acquisition and negotiation phase
* Responsibility for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters throughout a project (PM@Siemens – from PM010 until PM080), including but not limited to:

Commercial / financial bid strategy, Financial LoA completion, Tax matters and business models, Reviewing and signing quotations, including also reviewing sales calculations and cash flow, Participation in customer negotiations, driving negotiation of commercial T&Cs;, Insurances, Currency / hedging risks and strategy, Contract management, Financial security instruments, Cash management (payment terms, cash flow, invoicing and accounts receivable management)
* Together with the technical colleague’s; manage customer requirements and in that way ensure success of the projects
* Ensure the compliance with applicable commercial regulations during the acquisition and negotiation phases of projects.
* Liaison with regional entities and relevant internal functions, such as Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.
* Participation in process and business improvement for PS DO IST FSP

Who are you?

* University degree in business administration, law or other relevant discipline.
* Experience in sales, project management supply chain or a central function is a plus.
* Preferably certified according to CPM@Siemens.
* Knowledge in contract law and preferably experience in contractual negotiation.
* Knowledge in business models and contractual setup structure.
* Strong command in English and preferably Swedish language.
* Skilled in MS Office and preferably SAP.
* Structured, analytical and customer-oriented team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a strategic focus.
* Flexibility and willingness for international travel.

Till vår kund Siemens söker vi en Key Account Manager till deras Marketing & Sales-team. Teamet ansvarar för att leverera orderingång för MGT-eftermarknadsverksamhet för en definierad geografisk region och installerad kundbas i Mellanöstern.

Som Key Account Manager har du ett stort kundfokus och du kommer att delta i möten med regionala representanter och kunder i regionen. En viktig del i din roll handlar om att skapa relationer och samarbetsmöjligheter, förstå kundernas verksamhet och bidra med lämpliga tjänsteerbjudanden.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:

* Standardprognoser för affärsmöjligheter och beställningar från vägg till vägg för dina definierade regionala marknader.

Den vi söker

Kvalifikationer för tjänsten:

* Universitetsexamen inom relevant område alternativt erfarenhet från en likande roll

* Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
