How You’ll Make an Impact

* You offer and sell steam turbine spare parts to customers around the world.
* You collaborate with delivery, sales, technical teams, and procurement to meet customer needs.
* You respond to direct customer inquiries, provide optimal solutions, and support the organization in sales matters.
* You drive and participate in projects for business development and continuous improvement in spare parts sales.
* You represent spare parts sales in cross-functional forums and maintain high service levels through strong teamwork.

What You Bring

* You hold a university degree and have several years of post-graduate work experience.
* You have a strong technical interest and proven sales experience.
* You are organized, structured, and thrive in coordinating roles with multiple interfaces.
* You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and enjoy building customer relationships.
* You have solid computer skills, experience with MS Office, and SAP knowledge is a plus.

About the Team

You’ll join the Service Steam Turbine organization in Finspång, a team of around 140 dedicated professionals who develop, sell, and deliver service for approximately 500 steam turbines operating globally. As part of the Transformation of Industry division, we are committed to reducing carbon emissions in the industrial sector and supporting the transition to sustainable processes. Our strong industrial customer base, global network, and integrated capabilities enable us to drive electrification and efficiency, with a growing focus on green hydrogen and fuel derivatives. Department STGA is a dynamic group with technical responsibilities for sales projects within gas turbine service business. Our main areas of work cover three sections; Gas Turbine Overhaul, LTP (Long Term Program) Sales, Spare Parts & Tools.

The challenge

We are now looking for a candidate who will work with Gas Turbine Overhauls and be a good match to our collaborative culture we have at our group. You will be responsible to prepare technical scope for upcoming overhauls and will have a close collaboration with Sale manager to prepare sale proposal for clients.  Possibility of working with all different mentioned service lines will give you a great opportunity to grow and challenge yourself.

Responsibilities:

* Define technical scope for repair and overhauls, maintenance levels and any site activities
* Responsible for complete pre- sales technical products advice for the development and implementation of customer solutions
* Define and identify suitable service bulletins, Modifications and recommendations for clients to improve their performance, availability, reliability and safety 
* Present technical scope to clients and adjust it with their expectations and site specifications
* Define site activities, tools and instruments
* Define major replacement components and consumables for gas turbine overhauls based on their maintenance plan
* Define technical scope for small Modernization and upgrade packages in sale and execution phase
* Prepare technical scope to solve client’s operational issues and problem 

Who are you?

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related)
* Knowledge of Gas turbine or similar products
* Knowledge of gas turbine maintenance concept
* Team working & communication internally and externally
* Ability to coordinate related technical issues and conduct meetings
* Ability to face the customer in case of presenting the technical scope
* Good communication skills (written & oral)
* Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in parallel
* Good knowledge of IT systems
* Knowledge of English language
