Dina arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker nu en underprojektledare för att hantera produktintegrationsdelprojekt inom flera olika utvecklingsprojekt till Produktintegrationskontoret på Siemens Energy. Projekten är av liten till medelstor omfattning, och du kommer ansvara för alla delar av projektledningen, såsom kostnad, budget, tid, resurser, omfattning, riskhantering och teamledning.

Din roll
Som underprojektledare kommer du att:
-Planera, genomföra och följa upp produktintegrationsarbetet inom utvecklingsprojekten.
-Säkerställa att projekten håller sig inom givna tidsramar och budget.
-Hantera resurstilldelning och säkerställa att teamet har de verktyg och resurser som krävs.
-Arbeta med riskhantering och snabbt kunna anpassa planerna vid eventuella avvikelser.
-Samarbeta med olika team och avdelningar för att skapa en integrerad och sammansvetsad produktlösning.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som har en stark personlig drivkraft och förmågan att strukturera ditt arbete även när uppgifterna är otydliga. Du har ett kommunikativt sätt som engagerar och inspirerar dem du arbetar med.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har en bakgrund inom projektledning, teamledning eller inköp. Tidigare erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller tekniska projekt är meriterande.

Kravprofil:
-Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
-Erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller teamledning.
-Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och fatta välgrundade beslut.
-God kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga.

We are looking for a new manager for the MGT turbine performance team!

As Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the in-house developed performance tools. How You’ll Make an Impact

* Be responsible for the team according to Siemens Energy management guidelines. The team consists of 15 members located in Sweden and India.
* Lead the performance team and ensure delivery of performance analysis and software development to R&D-programs, sales, and service teams.
* Manage and develop the department's staff and processes according to Siemens Energy's management standards.
* Ensure that the team possesses sufficient competence and capacity in performance and thermodynamic development to meet current and future needs.
* Be responsible for ensuring that current processes and ways of working are followed and continuously improved.

What You Bring

* Previous experience of thermodynamics or software development is expected.
* Passion about team development and ability to set clear strategic goals in line with the department and company goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing interfaces.
* Good knowledge of the MGT product portfolio and the Gas Turbine cycle.

About the Team

The Medium Gas Turbines (MGT) Performance department specializes in the analysis and modeling of MGT and Heat Pump (HP) products’ performance. The team applies advanced numerical models for thermodynamic cycle calculations and develops in-house software tools for all performance calculations related to these products, whether for bidding activities, new product development, or fleet monitoring.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

About the Team

Your department is responsible for design of complex electrical power systems that supports our Gas Turbines applications.
High, Medium and Low voltage system, electric drives, grid stability and grid code compliance. Including engineering of cabinets and cable systems.
Development of efficient engineering solutions in our IT tools is also a strategic area.

The department (approx. 25 engineers) is organized in work teams with responsibility for their own operational performance in their technical areas.

You will be part of the D&S management team and be involved in strategic and operational planning for the future of our Gas turbine fleet, but also involved in development strategies for heat pumps and power plants and our future IT tool landscape.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
